Running Windows-10 on a laptop. According to Internet instructions, I'm supposed to re-run setup-x86_64.exe. I click "Next" until I get to "Select Packages" screen. Then find "Devel" entry (about line 5) and click on "Default", which changes to "Install". Then click [Next] to proceed. But little of that works! I can get to the "Select Packages" screen, but it's empty! See my attachment. So I have no idea how to install, say, gcc-core-8.3.0-1, or for that matter, all of 'Devel'.
