#10 Minimizing GAIM still shows hover-over popups

I am using GAIM from your project with rootless xfree
and I noticed that even when it is minimized, it still
shows the buddy popups when your mouse hovers over
the place where the window used to be.

Is this a cygnome issue or should I report this in the
cygwin-xfree project?
