#11 Separate Program for Initialization Setup

At some point it would greatly help to have a separate program that allows users to construct the desired initial layout of cells and molecules. Right now it is hard/impossible to set up a complex yet specifically defined shape like a branching lung network (?), or any of multiple 3D structures. This would potentially be a very difficult project and is not an immediate priority. Also create a visual way to define cell behavior (and construct a definition file)?
