#14 Graph the network

In the graphical shell, finish building out the basic graphical display of a network of neurons as a set of nodes and vertices. Be sure to title the window, and default its space to the smallest when it is first docked. Make it auto-updatable, and make it able to work in some fashion with data received from a remote set of neurons. Make it able to display details of a neuron when the neuron is right clicked, and make it able to display note type information, probably about new correlations or genetic changes, and make it able to graphically show a firing history by temporarily changing the color of a set of edges.
