I am having trouble with Cyberoam iView as it's not showing any data on dashboard. I think I followed all installation & configuration steps But I must have missed something.
Cyberoam iView is installed on Win 7 machine, port 514 opened for Inbound traffic. In SonicWALL TZ 210 added syslogs server as that Win 7 machine etc.
Could somebody please help.
Thank you for your time & help.
Regards,
Manoj

I'm supporting Manoj on this and dig this post out. I'm in the exact same situation. I want to read and cross the squid files from an IPCOP. For obvious reasons, I'm not installing anything on this distribution so iView appeared to be the right choice.
But no data collection at all. Still my device is recognized and active : when I typed the IP, it found the netbios name. I made sure, on the ipcop, that my IP is well authorized to receive data and my 514 port is definitely open and free.
What should I do more ?
