PATCH CyberDragon 1.6.4 - Logger and other stuff

Short Description:          Patch to add Logger functionality, E-Tags tracking 
                            prevention setting, WebGL setting 
                            and few bug fixes.

Long Description:   Logger:
                    This patch fill add logger functionality to CyberDragon.
                    Key shortcut Alt + L to access Logger tab.

                    It's main purbose is to find out what sites do behind your
                    back so that suspicious/possible trackers can be found and
                    later added to tracker blocker rules list.

                    Also if you have problems with some site/web page then this
                    feature can be used for debugging it.

                    This feature is not enabled by default because it adds an
                    extra overhead to normal surfing. 
                    So use it only when you really need it.

                    You have also an option to log to file for later diagnosis.

                    In addition to URL, also date/time, action and MimeType can 
                    be logged.

                    Keep in mind that saving the results to log file will
                    also slow things down. So use it only when you really need it
                    and even then, it might be better to save the log file to fast
                    SSD disk or if you only need temporary log file, to ramdisk.

                    Clicking any field and then pressing Ctrl + C will copy just that
                    field to clipboard. So if you want to copy logged URL just
                    click the corresponding URL field in the log and press Ctrl + C.

                    Also, when clicked, the preview window at the bottom right will
                    show the contents of that URL but only for the following file
                    types currently:

                    - Any text file (MimeType text/*)
                    - Any javascript file (MimeTypes application/javascript 
                                        and application/x-javascript)
                    - Any image (MimeType image/*)

                    Clicking the URL with supported MimeType will fetch it from the Net
                    before showing it.

                    In effect this preview works as a very crude form of HTML source view for
                    MimeType text/html.

                    E-Tags tracking prevention:
                    Just found out yesterday about this tracking method. 
                    So I added a way to prevent it to General tab.

                    WebGL:
                    If you really want/need WebGL then this setting from General tab can be used
                    to activate it. Otherwise, just keep it disabled to prevent yet another
                    technology that can potentially be used to fingerprint and track you.

                    Bug fixes:
                    - CD now adds URL as tab caption for pages that don't have title set.
                    - Open Image from context-menu did nothing. 
                      Changed it to "Open Image in New Tab" and now it should work.

Installation:           Just extract to same folder as CyberDragon 1.6.4 and say "Yes"
                    when asked to overwrite files.
