PATCH CyberDragon 1.6.4 - Plugins and other stuff

Version of CyberDragon:             1.6.4
Short Description:                  Patch to fix close tab crashing when Flash is running,
                                    added new options to HTTP Reference handling and
                                    added settings tab order & current focus saving.

Long Description:   Here's the new changes/fixes:


                    Closing tab that had flash running caused crash:

                    There was an bug that caused CyberDragon to crash
                    if you had a Flash running in tab and then closed it.
                    It's now fixed.


                    HTTP Referer changes:

                    Now the HTTP Referer from General tab has the following
                    options:
                    - Send normally
                    - Remove. This will completely remove HTTP Referer header
                      from requests.
                    - Same as current URL. Will spoof the HTTP Referer to
                    point to the same URL address that it is trying to access.
                    - Custom. This will let you to put anything you like
                    to HTTP Referer field.


                    Settings tab order saving and also last focused tab saving:

                    Now you can change the order of the settings tab to
                    your preferences and it will be saved and loaded in next startup.
                    Also the last focused/open tab will be saved and loaded.


                    New Plugins tab (key shortcut Ctrl + U):

                    Previously CyberDragon had a very crude way of handling 
                    plugins it detected. You could only switch all plugins on
                    or off.
                    Now you can choose witch plugins to enable.

                    I will further investigate the possibility of doing
                    domain specific plugin handling. That would be usefull
                    in cases where you only want to enable flash plugin
                    for YouTube but disable it for all the other sites.


Installation:       Just extract to same folder as CyberDragon 1.6.4 and say "Yes"
                    when asked to overwrite files.
