#8 Remove batch related properties from the ingredient table.

The user should be given the option of specifying an actual hop AA, hop form (pellet vs leaf) and grain color if they differ slightly from the defualt values in the ingredient table.

I have often seen non-crystal malt such as Dingiman's Pilner having a variety of lovibond rating, sometimes 1, sometimes 3. Granted the differance is small, but the accuracy of the batch will be improved.

Similarly with hops. Saaz doesn't always have the exact same AA%. Users should be able to specify this actual value and the batch view should calculate the IBU and SRM from the batch specific values.
