#47 help cybera fight terrorism and all

With due regards, With changing times and increasing
use of internet by terrorists for communication.

I feel to have some additional features for Cybera

REcently terrorist attacks in india and there after
bogus threats about bombs this requirement is

1. For Post Paid Self Service also the customer
details should be maintained because of increasing
use of internet cafes by terrorists for communication.
for this i suggest a one time introduction sheet of
a person should be filled by the cafe owner and
whenever a cabin is alloted in postpaid seld service
mode also, it should be alloted on to one of those
they are on the his sheet.

The visitors of a particular cyber cafe are more or
less the same people who came again and again for
netsurfing there..

so a onetime introduction sheet of a customer should
be maintained by cafe owner

Having details like
Name of Customer
Fathers NAme
Permanent Address
Temprary Address
Purpose of Using Net.

So when a customer goes into cafe, and if the cafe
feels to be terrorist safe...
then only those customers would be allowed to be in
cafe who have filled the form for this...

and the details would be maintained about use of
sites as its done out

for post paid service also.

Thus Cybera would help fight terrorism...

even how many times goes to toilet and many tears drop
    reading the girlfriend email

In italy we have such law (address and id document) and
actually is useless, keeps time of the manager registering
the customers and many of them goes away 'cause they know
they will be tracked... but how do you know the document is
real? how do you know the pic on the document is different?
or in your case... how do you know the data they will put
    are real?

Cybera cannot properly address these problems and if it did would become too complicated to use.
