#37 Allow workstation session transfer

We here face problem.. when workstation suddently
become not stable, or feature less, and need to
transfer the running session to another proper
workstation, without ending the current opening session
(self service), and start a new session at the new
workstation.

Some time, customer perfer sit into a group/or simply
request changing of sitting place...

I fell this is one of the important feature that
required for a cyber cafe administration program.

This is very close to a thread about deleting a session so I
will not create a new feature request as I am sure this
feature will cover all of the possible events that could
happen.
