Recently a few users were logged in and then I started getting strange behavior. The clients were becoming unreachable for a few seconds then reachable again. I couldn't ping them when they were unreachable and cybera server reported them as offline. This happened for about 5 minutes.

Then suddenly all the clients crashed. They killed all the open programs and displayed a dialog from cybera client about an internal error. The log file generated three messages about this time. Here is the complete file:

cybcli 1.9.300 070208.145921.018 - modFunctions.subProcessServerDataError: #9 | Subscript out of range | cybcli

cybcli 1.9.300 070208.145921.028 - modFunctions.subProcessServerDataError: Context: %$&##SEssionCleanup# Payload: 0%$&####PayloadToken#1%$&####PayloadToken#0%$&####PayloadToken#0%$&####PayloadToken#0%$&####PayloadToken#about:blank%$&####PayloadToken%$&######AppVersion#1009300

If you need any more information let me know. These are windows 2K clients, XP server, and this happened out of the blue.
