missing include for external <ctype.h>

Compiling the current cxxwrap release (20061217) in Visual Studio results in compiler errors caused by calling the tolower() function in misc.cxx which has not been included from the right ctype.h.
The solution for me was to just put "#include <ctype.h>"
to the other includes, so it should look like this:
#include <string.h>
#include <stdlib.h>
-> #include <ctype.h>
#include "Class.h"
#include "CType.h"
Somebody must have overlooked the difference between <ctype.h> and "CType.h" when cleaining up unused includes and didn't bother to test it.
Maybe you could fix this in cvs, because this might be problematic for inexperienced users who just want to get a cxxwrap binary for playing around with it.
