[Cxxgui-devel] Documentation

New documentation out on the website (http://cxxgui.sf.net) and in
CVS.  I still need to write two tutorials, one for users and one for
developers, to provide a point-of-entry.  However, if you read *all*
the documentation that is now on the website you should have a pretty
good idea of how the library works :-).
