I just finished 90% of the CVS move, and I think the chess information
is at home, so I will try to move those files tonight.

I made a /bin, /images, and /src tree.  All of the java source is under
/src/cxtable/<package>.

When making changes to the java files to support this layout, make sure
to set the package name to be cxtable.<package>.
