  I build 7.02 on vs2008 ,I can not find the cximage.dll file .how can I build it on vs2008? and the demo error is : Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\atlmfc\include\afxcmn3.inl(20) : error C2065: “CCM_SETWINDOWTHEME”: undeclared identifier how can I fix it?
