request : Parser & C++ istream Support

CyberX3D is a great lib, but i feel the miss for those
features :

- parser only work on file and url, I'll need to work
on buffers (istream should be fine)

- dyn and static libs are not packaged in debian, i
tryed to , but it failed

If those features are not avialable soon i may provide
a patch
