[cx-oracle-users] Problems installing for Python 3.5 on Windows 10 64-bit

Hello, I have been looking through old emails on this list because I've encountered an error that others have with installing cx_Oracle to Windows 10 for python 3.5. I was looking for a place on the cx_Oracle site where I could just download the compiled binary library for python 3.5 windows 64-bit. Is there a copy available somewhere without having to use the installer?
