[cx-oracle-users] pycharm issue

I'm having an issue with using the cx_Oracle module - I can use/import it with the python command line, but for some reason I can't import it into PyCharm. I keep getting that the module does not exist. The cx_Oracle.pyd file is in the python path, so not sure what the issue is. Any ideas?
