[cx-oracle-users] Install problem on Windows

Hi,

I'm trying to execute the cx_Oracle Windows installer for Oracle
10g/Python 2.4 but I get a runtime error about a bad memory reference.
 Has anyone seen this before?  I tried versions 4.2 and 4.1 and
neither works.
