Sorry for my question, perhaps it was a more Oracle question than cx_Oracle one, but the sysadmin told be everything was installed and I didn't know where to ask for help. Thank you, I'll keep you informed if I get something. After talking to the sysadmin, I don't need to install cx_Oracle in that system for now, perhaps I'll need it in the future.
