Oracle 10g is definitely supported. I simply haven't provided binaries 
yet -- you'll have to build it yourself. I have only built cx_Oracle for 
10g on Linux (where it works just fine) but don't have access to a 
Windows box running Oracle 10g just yet. Does that answer your question?
