[cx-oracle-users] How to pass record data type to oracle procedure.

I want to call this procedure 'DBMS_AQ.ENQUEUE', but it requires a parameter
with type `DBMS_AQ.DEQUEUE_OPTIONS_T', how can i construct this data in
python?
