Thanks for the response, Anthony. I don't know how to go about finding which DLL it's complaining about - it doesn't write that information to the error logs. I tried running Dependency Walker on cx_Oracle.pyd (not even sure if this is correct/useful at all, but wanted to at least try *something*). It came back with an error message, and couldn't open: (MSVCR90.DLL, IESHIMS.DLL, and WER.DLL), but I get the same error messages on the 5.04 (working) version as well.
