[cx-oracle-users] cx-oracle reverse engineer msi - or msi alternative?

Dear List,

We work in a 'locked down' Windows environment and can't run the CX Oracle
MSI, is there any other way that we can deploy the libraries installed by
the MSI without running the MSI?

Any suggestions much appreciated,
