#44 cant delete any file

please help me out
it works fully okay till i don refresh it once .if i
press refresh button once even its session directory
and fsel.php gets deleted and thereafter it starts
giving the follwing error

as i select any file to delete it it says that
"nofile selected "
what shouldi do ????
