#70 CQPweb: advanced organisation of saved queries

• Allow the saved query list to be sorted in various ways
• Allow users to create sub-folders for saved queries.
• (Maybe an archive function?)

(navigating the saved query list becomes very difficult when there are 60, 70 + etc. items on the list.)
