#2 patch for cvswebread.cgi, display of log

This patch will shorten the log message for any
changes made made via CVSwebclient.

Without the patch cvswebread will display the log
message with HOST, USER, and other possibly extraneous
information without displaying the user's
comment/description of the action against the
repository.

The HOST, USER, etc. will still be viewable from more
detailed views, such as revision history, but not from
the main view.

Log messages from CVSwebclient will have the same
format as log messages entered from the command line.

Please note that if you include an open bracket '{' in
your comment/log message, it will expose a bug in my
code and only a portion of the log message will be
displayed in the main view. This bug is due to how I
handled string manipulation.

to check the checkbox to attach a file, shouldn't that be
automatically checked for sumbitting patches?
