#14 Can not download .html or .h files

I have found that I cannot download files with an
extension of .html, .txt or .h. Why is this?

Also concerning download directories, once the TAR
file is transferred, what can be used to extract it on
WINNT?

The second point I can answer: use Winzip to untar files.

I've not tried downloading .html, .t or .txt files. I am
surprised that .txt files don't work though.
