#11 Refuses to allow input of TAGS

Got everything setup and running and can see the
overall CVS tree. I can also add files to the
repository. However, I am unable to see any files in
the tree owing to the error:

NOTE: There are x files, but none matches the current
tag ()

There does not appear to be anywhere to set the tag or
establish it in the config, either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Found it. Thought RCS was in my $PATH, but it was not. Put
it in the path and everything started working.
