#4 quotes in commit messages

quotes in commit messages do not seem to be handled
correctly. Or perhaps is it a sendmail bug?

I had a commit message on one file:

comment out debug code that generates message "Systemet
finner ikke angitt bane." in the console.

That resulted in the commit mail being sent to several
non existing users, named 'finner' 'ikke' 'angitt' etc..

I am not sure if it is a cvsreport bug though.
