Add conf['encoding'] in config_inc.php to syncronized with GeSHi 1.0.4.

Add sources syntax highlighting function by GeSHi-1.0.2-beta1. You can now view highlighted sources while checkout & annotate.

correct my mistakes of date proccessing at ver 2.4.0, and sorry for my carelessness :(
Because of blocking of this site FTP, I have to upload and realse ver 2.5.0 today. But CVS was updated at 2004-7-9.

I think these changes should resolve the date format with any CVS version. :)

Update date processing. Since cvs 1.12.8 changes date format as "YYYY-MM-DD hh-mm-ss [+-]timezone", date processing functions are modified.

Now surpport file name with special char.

cvsphpview is based of <a href="http://browsecvs.
sourceforge.net">browsecvs</a> 1.0, and added many
features, such as diff, annotate, multilanguage,...

It's first release though, I name it's version as 2.1.0.
