[Cvsmonitor-discuss] GD CPAN necessary ?

Hi,

Is the GD CPAN module really necessary ?

I've trying to use CVSMonitor and all I've been able to do so far is obtain all the CPAN modules except for the GD library which fails when it runs it's "make test".

Can this be skipped ?  or be downloaded some other way ?
