#5 Most Important changesets sorting

Most Important changesets are currently sorted by
karma, but should be sorted by line count secondly.
Sorting by uncapped karma could also work.

This way, all of the karma 10000 changes are grouped at
the top, but sorted in decending line counts. This is
nice when there are a lot of important changes in one
month.

    Sorting by uncapped karma is not really possible, as it is
    determined at update time and cached.

    Should probably add the second level sort based on 'balanced
    activity'. This is the sum of lines added + lines removed,
    cancelling lines for added/removed files. This ranks large
    changes on existing files over large file renamings.
