#48 Add Tracker Link fails

The error message (from Apache's script.log):

cvsmonitor.pl: Can't locate object method "errstr" via
package "CVSMonitor::MetaData::Module" at <script
filename>

The attempted link is to RT; it happens with version 0.6.2
on both Solaris 9 with Perl 5.8.1 and Linux Redhat 7.3
with Perl 5.8.0.
