Fixed to be used with cvs >= 1.11.2

First stable Release of cvslines 1.6.8

Fixed bug in reusage of commit message, no more "1" in follow up commit message. Lot's of testing, should work fine now, if no new bugs are found, this release will become final.

Fixes some serious bugs in multiple branch handling

first alpha release of upcoming 1.6.8, the first release for cvs 1.11 and pserver including adjustments to work with Windows/CygWin.
