#59 Patch for using cvs-1.11.6 with gcvs

I have prepared a (draft) patch that allows cvs-1.11.6 to be build
for gcvs-1.0. If there's interest of using this patch for gcvs I'll try
to fix the remaining issues which are mostly autoconf/automake
releated. I'm not an expert with autoconf and automake and i
took some shortcuts to get the patch to a working stage.
