No

- new XP style file icons, new icons for some of the
toolbars, nicer application icons
- manifest so that XP themed controls are used
- system error/warning icons are used instead of custom
ones
- small fix to cjlib so that filesystem objects don't
appear in the explorer panel

The icons look good to me apart from the Annotate icon,
which is a bit... well, it doesn't really tell much, does it?
Can't comment on the code changes.
Is this likely to get in before the 1.4/2.0 release?

Well, the icon set isn't finished anyway yet, so some work
would be needed to make the look completely XP-style.
About the code changes: most of them are mainly just stuff
to load different color depth images depending on OS and
    actual screen color depth.

Also, the three "add" icons (add, add binary and add
unicode) need to be tweaked so that the "01" and the "U"
stand out a lot more prominently. Because of the colors
used, they tend to fade into the background..
