#458 Multi select in flat view

It should be possible to perform actions on multiple files in multiple directories (e.g. commit, remove, add ...)

Example: select flat view option for a big directory tree and filter/sort view so outdated files are visible. Then select them all => the command buttons are disabled. You have to select them one by one (or at least directory by directory).

Sorry, seems that commit and remove is possible with multi select (over multiple dirs). But not adding.
