#453 Tag Filter for Graph view

CVS is a great tool! It would be nice to have a filter to display or not display tags by criteria when in the graph view. In other words, we show the revisions and it's relevant tag(s), but if the tag name meets certain criteria, we hide the tag. This way only certain tags can be visible and it can afford the user the opportunity of displaying a somewhat 'cleaner' graph.
Example:
The user could create a filter to display tags associated with a release (perhaps they start with 'r') and hide tags that are generated by a build( tag begins with 'b'). If however, the user needs to see the tags associated the build, they just change or remove the filter.
