#408 Persistent Multi String Macro Interface

Extend _cvsgui macro interface so we have a Python
objects to access persistent multistring lists that are
stored in the settings.

At the moment it's impossible to get at stuff like
P_OldCvsroots and other very useful stuff. It'd set/get
a python list of strings I guess.
