#378 Out-of-date status support

It would be great to support for out-of-date CVS file
status provided by 'cvs status' command (see 'Status:
Needs Patch' line in its output) with a special icon color
in files listview and/or 'State' column value. This check
can be performed together with WinCVS Status or Query
Update command or automaticalyy during first CVS
folder opening (all this can be controlled in WinCVS
Preferences).
