#233 Resizable Dialog Boxes for Tag Lists

Hello,

I like WinCVS a lot. There is one catch however; While I
have a large high res screen, WinCVS does not want to
show lists etc. in resizable windows / dialogs.

E.g. the "Update Settings" Dialog can retrieve a list of
rev. / tag / branch names under the "Update Options"
tab. This lise easily grows HUGE in my projects.

Please let the users take advantage of their screen real
estate by providing Resizable Dialogs in the cases
where data is listed.
