#184 automatic refresh, icons for editable,

Hello, I'm using gCVS V1.0 beta4.
I noticed, that I have to click the refresh button to see
my changed files
(colored in red). I know from WinCVS that this happens
automatically.
There is also no icon to show if a file is editable or not
(like in WinCVS).
Further I would like to have a possibility to change into
flat mode (See
WinCVS) which is very important to and others (I guess).

todo list for the post gcvs
1.0 time :)

the flat view is implemtned in the meanwhile, but only
available on the cvs tree at the moment.
