#983 Problem with commit files

Try with WinCVS2_0_2-4 and 2_0_9
Working on WinXP Professional
CVS installed on local computer

Do below actions:
- Checkout Project (get file.pas)
- Edit the file.pas
- Trying commit it
I got a message as result:
cvs [status aborted]: cannot rename file CVS/Entries.Extra.Backup to CVS/Entries.Extra: Permission denied

And the file didn't committed.
