#949 Recursive Add hangs

If you do a "Recursive Add", select "Auto Commit", but
leave the "Commit message" box blank, then Wincvs
starts the process, creates one directory on the
server, and then hangs.

I've checked this both on version1.3.20.1 Beta20 and
2.0.3.1, and a few version in between, and the problems
show on all of them.
