#454 ssh identity file configuration ignored

I had configured ~\.ssh\id_rsamyDomain

I started wincvs out of cygwin and use cygwin's ssh

I am using wincvs 1.3.11.1b11(build1).

For some unclear reason, it ignored the above
configured file and took /rsync/.ssh/identity ?

I assume this is mostly a problem on the cygwin ssh
side (I reported
http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=498\), but
it may be good to warn users here too!

Because if the identity file is without a password, it
is very hard to find...

SSH configuration is currently a little bit broken in respect to
the SSH identity settings. We are not fixing it because it will
go away in the future in favor of dynamic CVSROOT settings
creation using "cvs info" command.
