cvschangelogbuilder has troubles to build a HTML report
when spaces are used in file or dir names.

This happens when run in a WinXP command prompt, with
cygwin the problem doesn't seem to occur.

Please add quotes to all filenames when the cvs command
is used.

It also does not accept module names with spaces, even
escaping with "\".

I'm using version 2.2

I made changes for this in 2.3 beta.
