#3 filter before report

It is not possible to create change log report for a huge
project. It would be nice if one could specify filter
paramers before creating report or maybe make default
filter params to narrow time span to a week for ex.
Is it possible to add "From Version" "To Version" filter
params?

Looking into this. I may be able to limit it but
the Eclipse CVS Api may still make the time be a factor.
I was planning to add a filter before since many of the
change log scripts do this also.
