I work with cvsacl-patch-1.2.1 and cvs1.11.17
cvs with cvsaclpatch has been compiled without error
and installed

We have created a new repository
As root :
cvs -d /usr/local/cvs/cvstest init
cvs -d /usr/local/cvs/cvstest racl cvs:p -r ALL -d ALL
cvs -d /usr/local/cvs/cvstest racl users1:p -r ALL -d ALL
cvs -d /usr/local/cvs/cvstest racl ALL:r -r ALL -d ALL
chown -R cvs.cvs /usr/local/cvs/cvstest
chmod -R 2770 /usr/local/cvs/cvstest

so cvs and users1 are repository admin
and everyone has the abality of read the whole
repository contents.

As users1 :
setenv CVSROOT :pserver/...
login cvs
cd dir1
cvs import -m "..." dir1 ..
cvs -d /usr/local/cvs/cvstest racl users2:wcdt -d
dir1/dir2

so users2 can read everything under dir1, but can write,
modify, commit, create only things under dir2.

As users2
I do a chechout of dir1
do modifications of files under dir1 and of files under
dir1/dir2. Commit the modifications, everything is
commited, as if access file is not taken into account

I would appreciate any help ! something seems to be
wrong but what ?

Sorry, I didnt recreate or see the problem you mentioned.
    Are "users1 and users2" groups?
Please check "users2" is not in "users1" group.
