I think this will be possible with a complete re-construction of
syncmail that I have in progress.  The "new syncmail" will use a
configuration file that allows settings for each branch.

I posted a strawman sample configuration file to the list earlier this
week:

requirements.  I'll be glad to answer questions as well.

Development is underway, but there's still plenty of space for
changes.
